This is the raw Anthem sound.
Not the best recording
but just imagining being at this
gives me flashbacks.
For me this is the band
before it became an institution
nothing wrong with longevity
but this is the dangerous side of rock n roll

This recording starts off with Lovelight, and just fries from there. I do love that acid-drenched sound, so Other One, Aligator, Caution, Feedback and Bid You, are all stellar versions. 44 years and very vibrant. 5***** Hot, hot hot !

i actually think the sound is pretty crappy, but don't let that deter you from this show. it's a HOT '68 barn burner as usual...Alligator>Drums>Alligator>Caution is very feisty!

Can't believe that here is yet another gorgeous Charlie Miller soundboard and no reviews. If you love that heavy, acid-drenched 1968 sound then don't miss this one. The sound is great (forty one years folks...!) and the 'Aligator' just cooks - as good a version as I have heard. There is no 'Star' but this is Pig's show with a storming 'Lovelight' and a soulful 'Hurts'. Some slight tape hiss but a 5* performance!
